What is your standard shipping timeframe?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is the return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all tags and protective films intact for a full refund.
Do the watches come with a warranty?

Can I have the watch band resized before shipping?
Currently, we do not offer pre-shipping resizing to ensure the item remains eligible for return. However, most local jewelers can easily adjust stainless steel links or leather straps for a nominal fee.
